Reviews and Ratings
Staying in this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is ideal, right next to the metro station and connected to various restaurants through skywalks. The rooms, although spacious and comfy, were one level down from the lobby, which felt a bit underground. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with the Starpoints bonus and housekeeping explanation. The dining experience lacked variety with only one waiter managing the guests. Overall, a convenient location with room for improvement in service and dining.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, although not overly spacious. The service was a mixed bag, with some great gestures but also some hiccups. The location was top-notch for exploring downtown Minneapolis. Dining options were a bit lacking, but the facilities were decent.
The hotel offered a great view from the rooms but they felt a bit cramped. The bathroom could have been more roomy. They had a nice pool and hot tub, but unfortunately, my paid room was sold out upon check-in.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The staff was approachable and the room was lovely, but there were some minor issues with the layout that made it a bit cramped. The location was convenient for getting around, especially using the metro. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with poor value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location was really convenient, with easy access to the metro station and various restaurants. The rooms were on the small side, but they did have a nice touch with a small fridge filled with water and soft drinks along with a plate of decorative fruit. However, the service seemed overwhelmed and the dining experience was a letdown, especially considering the slow service and high prices.
Staying at this hotel was overall a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious and nice with comfortable beds and nice linens, although they could use a remodel. The service was fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options and high prices.
